This hotel is in a fantastic location, just a short walk from the train station and close to all the main sights of the city. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast offers a good variety of options. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and a nice view of the street. there is an elevator in the hotel, making it easily accessible for guests.
The hotel could improve on the condition of some of the rooms, which appear to be in need of renovation.

We had a great experience at Desiree. The location was perfect, within walking distance of major attractions. The room was clean and spacious, with a beautiful view from the balcony. The staff was friendly and helpful. Despite a small issue with the hair dryer, our overall stay was fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel.

We loved the hotel's cleanliness and the spaciousness of our room with comfortable beds. The staff was helpful and friendly, providing great suggestions for tours and daytime activities. The hotel's location was ideal, being very close to restaurants and just a short walk from the main train station. the breakfast provided a wide variety of options and the hotel was conveniently located near the tram for the airport.

This hotel is a hidden gem in terms of value for money and location. It is located very close to the train station and the historical center of Florence, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city on foot. The rooms are well-appointed with good amenities, and the breakfast, which includes excellent coffee, is included as part of our option.
All aspects of our stay were satisfactory, nothing to complain about.
